Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email:
Please include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, clean, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Because cookware comes into contact with food, used products cannot be returned for change of mind unless required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns if the product was used, washed, scratched, burnt, stained, altered, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, returned late, or purchased from a third-party seller.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the case and applicable law.
Stainless Steel Appearance
Stainless steel naturally changes with use. Heat tint, rainbow marks, water spots, mineral stains, oil marks, and light scratches are normal cosmetic changes and are not considered defects if the product performs properly.
Misuse
Yolandor is not responsible for damage caused by overheating, thermal shock, drops, improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, unsafe use, or failure to follow care instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.
Orders cannot always be cancelled after they are processed, packed, or shipped.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, rejected by customs, or returned because of incorrect customer details, we may deduct shipping, return, customs, and handling costs from any refund where allowed by law.
